Left Warakurna (Giles Meterorlogical Station) for Uluru early. Raced up to Docker River and refuelled. This community was fairly dirty but we met a lot of locals including Lisle. Lisle had a pet camel called Lasseter that he found at Lasseters cave who's Mum had been killed by dingoes. It was a good pet that thought it was a dog. We fueled up and off to Lasseters cave. Craig rode up into it. Had a snack and set off for Uluru. Arrived Uluru about 4.30pm and made camp at the Caravan Park in a bus area.A long night including a cross country marathon to the pub.Had a afew drinks then left for camp at stumps.
