Wow. Double wow. What are you doing to resolve that for yourself MP?
On the news tonight a woman was found not guilty of Death and Injury by Dangerous Driving. The accident is really similar to Dads. She veered across the road and hit two people on a motorcycle, killing one and injuring the other. She wasn’t even found guilty of driving without due care. According to the law she is guilty of nothing. What is the point of this system?

This sounds like my accident too. The car driver lied to police on how the accident happened, the police failed to investigate the accident scene (they also took over 90 minutes to respond to an emergency call), they then interviewed me in the ER of the hospital while I was still in spinal braces and found out that I had amnesia and then got in contact with the car driver and told him of my amnesia. So the car driver made up a story. 18 months later I accidentally met the person who gave me first aid who then told me how the accident really happened. After that has been a real roller coaster ride with police doing most of the blocking. By the way, I was found to be the rider at fault and paid out on my insurance. I didn’t get charged because they (the police) accidentally charged a relative on mine who has the same name. So I share your frustrations.
