I went back to meditation last night after a lengthy break.

I had forgotton just how much it can soothe the soul.

If you havent tried, give it a go, every meditation can take you to a different place. But dont get put off if you go nowhere the first few times. It takes practice and an open mind.

Hi Julie, I’ve fancied having a go at meditation for some time, having read a bit which explained a little bit about it and how it worked.
Now you’ve inspired me to look into it more, and hopefully have some sessions

Hi Ann

Julie and I have found a wonderful Meditation group here in Adelaide. It is run by a Buddhist monk and he also gives a talk in between meditations on relieving stress and as he puts it how to cultivate a peaceful mind. The Buddhist philosophy is so simple yet makes so much sense.
