It has been over 2 1/2 years since that awful phone call that changed our life forever. Life has moved on and is a little easier to deal with. We are now more than ever closer with our grandchildren and daughter in law. They are extremely appreciative of our support and this helps us all get through the process of loss. We can see so much of Matt in his son Brendan he is 5 and the image of Matt. Time moves on it has become easier, we have another Christmas to get through with out him but we celebrate his life rather than feel the anger and disbelief that was initially felt when he was lost to us. It does get  easier as time moves on
