When I was advised by the police that the person who insisted my daughter Amanda get back in her car and ""go away"" (although intoxicated) did not break any exisiting Queensland laws I was astonished. This is obviously an understatement and I am still completely disbelieving but apparently it is the case in Queensland. Is this the case in every state or just Queensland???????? I would appreciate any answers to this question.
