Lisa Leu's Memory Space for...We had made it so far Dan, I never ever expected you to go so early. You always seemed to know where you wanted to go in life and how to get there, and you were well on your way. I was looking forward to becoming an auntie someday soon, I know you would have been an awesome dad... and you knew that too:). Remote teaching was challenging for you but you were doing what you loved and building on your future. I'm so so proud of you Dan.
You were not just my brother, you were my mentor, friend, and my history. As you once wrote to me, ‘When you get to know someone your lives interweave together, you learn things about each other that other people don't know. The more time you spend with someone, the better you know them. You are the person that knows me more than anyone else... Because you were there, and because we went through a lot of these things together. We have shared our time, but more importantly we have shared our lives. Through words, actions, gestures, feelings and moments our lives have been forever intertwined together. ‘. Losing you has truly broken my heart but you are always going to be a part of me Dan, and because of this, I will be ok. Me, mum and Dad will be ok.
I'm so grateful to have had you as my brother Dan, I still count myself lucky. Miss you like crazy, and think of you everyday. Catch you boys on the flip side:)..
