I'm feeling Sad.
I'm looking for connections with others affected by road trauma, people who understand grief and loss, tools to campaign for road safety, and opportunities to educate others about the effect of reckless driving.
I'm here because I want to remember someone who has passed away as a result of a road collision and I want to create a memorial.
I've been a member since 27 Jan 2010
My 18 yr old son Nick was killed in a road crash on 12/06/2009.
The affect this has had on me and my family is enormous, we love him and miss him desperately. Nick was a passenger in a car that lost control and hit a tree. Our journey has only just begun, as well as our grief we have a lot in front of us as we move through the legal process. I would like to get involved with ways to reduce the road toll and stop this insanity. Thank you Sandra and Kerry I hope and pray that this website is successful and collectively we can make a difference.

Indian Poem
"This day is a special day, it is yours.
Yesterday slipped away, it cannot be filled anymore with meaning.
About tomorrow nothing is known.
But this day, today, is yours, make use of it.
Today you can make someone happy.
Today you can help another.
This day is a special day, it is yours."
